Silicus was founded in 2000 in Houston, TX with Compaq Computers Corporation (now part of HP) as the first client. Silicus was responsible for building Compaq's next generation e-Commerce platform which processed more than $4 Billion dollars of orders in its first year. The success at Compaq led us to expand our client base and facilitated commencing our offshore development center in India.
